Our practice is enrolled with the ”BDA Good Practice” quality assurance programme requiring continuous reviews and updates of our quality assurance protocols.
Access
We understand that access to the dental practice may be difficult for some patients and we endeavor to make the practice as accessible as possible. There is dedicated disabled parking outside the practice. All the surgeries are accessible on one level and there is ramp access for wheelchair users to the reception and a lower level area of the reception desk to allow direct communication. There is also a hearing loop system fitted at the practice.
Charges & Payments
We accept the following payments: Cash, cheque (Supported by a bankers card) & the following cards; Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro & Visa Electron. For long or complex treatments we may require you to pay a deposit when the treatment commences.
